A slow turnaround time Customers Lack Confidence in the Product or service

Customers can lack confidence in a product when the product fails to execute the task it is supposed to execute, when there are no rewards for their continued support in the business and when they experience bad customer service from their service care providers.

A business owner can tell whether confidence in his/her product is deteriorating by conducting surveys for their customers to answer. Another way to identify this would be if there is a decrease in demand for the product.

A customer care service provider is the front line representative of a product. Speaking enthusiastically and confidently about the product being represented will encourage a customer to continue using the product. In a bid to encourage the customer to continue using the product, offers and discounts should also be explained to the customer as well.
